If you’re thinking of selling, highlighting your location’s benefits can be a great way to stand out from the crowd, which is why today we’re looking at three of location’s biggest selling points.


Study Hard
 
What school catchment your property falls in is a massive selling point for families, as it directly affects their children’s future. Schools like Mansfield State High, which won the 2016 State School of the year, make the suburbs of Mansfield and Wishart very desirable to certain buyers, so take a moment to see what catchment you’re in.


Make the Bus
 
The daily commute is a major expense for most people, so any option that makes this cheaper or easier will naturally be a strong incentive for buyers. In the south side, the major city services are the 130, 140, and 150, and if you’re on any of these routes, that’s a great point to highlight. Even if you’re not, there’s a lot of services in the area, so always see what’s nearby.
 

Shops and Stores
 
Last but not least are the local shops. This doesn’t necessarily have to be a major shopping complex like Garden City; just having a grocery store or bakery in easy access is a major convenience, so take a few minutes to wander around your suburb and see what’s available, you might be surprised at what you find.
