When to Call Us
If you’re new to renting, or even if you’ve been around the block a few times, it can sometimes be tricky to know when to call your Property Manager. Of course, no one wants to be calling every single day, but there’s still some times when we want you to get in touch, so that’s why today we’re looking at some common reasons.
Repairs and Maintenance
You have a right to live in a home that’s up to scratch, and you shouldn’t feel obligated to fix maintenance issues yourself, so when these things happen, give us a call to let us know. We’re in touch with several qualified tradies at all times of year, and we’d much rather to let the professionals handle it than have you put yourself at risk.
Adding Your Own Touch
It’s only natural to want to make some changes to the place you live, but even if you think everyone will love a fresh coat of paint or some new picture hooks, you still need to consult with us before making any permanent changes. If it’s a good idea, your landlord might be up for it, but you always need to ask first.
Paying the Bills
This is the big one. You always need to pay your rent on time, but if you think you might have trouble doing this, it’s always better to let us know ahead of time, rather than just going into arrears. We always want to get the best result for everyone, and the earlier you let us know, the easier it is for us to start on a plan.
Of course, we always want to help, so if you ever have any questions, you can feel free to get in touch via our website, on the phone, or by coming in and seeing us at our office.
